Superstore Wilderness
A magazine by Andrew Diprose (Wired, Soho House) about exploring the edgelands around cities and towns. In addition to writing a feature I organised a run for around 40 people, creating the route, marketing it to the Tracksmith and Rapha London communities and then leading the run in the day. All proceeds went to charity and it was a great opportunity for the city’s running and cycling communities to meet.
Tracksmith Amateur Mile 2022
When Tracksmith London ambassador Marcus Brown told me he was tired of marathon training, I suggested we train for a mile. Things spiralled and shortly after that initial conversation we were organising an event and community training sessions in London. I helped lead sessions, took photos for the runners to share on social media and commissioned others to help. The event was a huge success and has since been rolled out across London, Boston and New York.
Tracksmith London Pop-Up 2019
At Tracksmith’s first retail pop-up outside of the US, I hosted a panel discussion on running and writing, in front of a live audience, featuring Ed Caesar, Adharanand Finn and Kate Carter.
A Runner’s Life podcast, Dec 2022
Towards the end of 2022 I was featured on the Runner’s Life podcast, talking about running, work and community.
